The Austin Proper Hotel is located in Austin, Texas and their first floor floor plan was used in this project to choose new furniture for the space as well as create a furniture plan and job book. My plan focused in on the restaurant area and my deliverables were to insert furniture pieces found in the Steelcase catalog per a pre-existing plan that I had altered. To the left is my plan that includes furniture tags that correlate with my key below that provides information on the quantity, item name, description, fabrics and finishes, as well as comments about the pieces.
